2 bunches of greens (kale, swiss chard or collards)
1 TBSP EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 TBSP Hemp hearts (I use Manitoba Harvest)
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 TBSP Braggs Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
½ TSP sea salt (I use pink Himalayan)
Optional: a pinch or two red pepper flakes
