Important Notice
In Office Consults, New Polices and Procedures

We Are Open & Accepting New Clients

Available by telehealth, video call and in office - by appointment. 
With this directive from the government, comes a collective responsibility for all of us to do our part to maximize the 
health and safety of all clients, families, and the entire community.  To that end, I want to let you know of my updated policies and procedures relating to COVID-19. 

I am confident that my plan is not only compliant with all government regulations, but that I have additional measures in place to make sure that we all are safe.  The details of some of my protective measures are outlined below and may continue to evolve as necessary to ensure the I do my part to stop the spread of COVID-19.

Cleaning & Sanitization

Use of Disenfectant Agents

Cleaning and disinfecting agents are being used rigorously before and after client interaction from the entry door all the way into my office. The chair, side table, floor and door knobs all all being sanitized after each client interaction. 

Cleaning All High Touch Areas

Likewise, any high touch areas outside my office will be sanitized with each visit. The bathroom, door knobs, stairway railings, pens, clipboards are being sanitized after each usage.

Face Masks

Everyone who enters the office are to wear masks. Clients can bring their own mask, or purchase one from me for $2.00. Either way, they must be worn.

Hand Sanitizer

Clients are asked to use hand sanitizer when they enter the building, and after the session.

Bathroom Access

I am trying to minimize bathroom use. In other words, if you can go before you come to the office, that would be ideal. If not, don’t worry – it’s still available.  Especially if you drank all that water to prep for your Live Blood Cell Analysis.

Safety First

Your safety and the safety of the entire community continues to be my top priority.

Social Distancing & Maintaining Safe Space

I require clients to wait outside the door or in their cars until their scheduled time of arrival. Come to the door and ring the doorbell (will be sanitized).
There will be no accompanying visitors (spouses, friends, family) allowed to enter the building. A few exceptions related to caregivers may be allowed.

Screening

All clients will be pre-screened prior to their appointment and upon entering the building. Screening tools will be administered both verbally and via written/e-mailed questionnaire.

As your nutritional practitioner, I will continue to self monitor prior to each client interaction.

I am super excited for the opportunity to see you at my office again. Please know that the health of my clients, and of the community is my number one priority. 

While some of these policies may seem strange and inconvenient at first, I believe they strengthen us, and help ensure that we all have a safe environment to receive nutritional support in.
